The team at Gold Orbit are drawn from a public service background and have had hands-on experience in crisis communication and working in high-intensity roles. As senior leaders, they are all well-versed in the challenges of leading operational response in the public sector. This provides a wealth of experience in managing workforce, budgets and resources as well as critical incidents.

Our team are all experienced crisis negotiators, mediators and mentors and understand how effective communication can benefit a range of situations. They hold professional training qualifications and have contributed to training delivery in multiple disciplines. 

As a result, they bring understanding and empathy to their training delivery, encouraging an engaging, inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
